William Wall Home in Horsley, Goucester, England
The Wall family lived here until they left for America. The yellow stones, common to the Cotswold Region, came from the quarry down the road. (Quarry in the forested area on same road to the left) William built the dual home’s stone roof, steps, fireplace, wall and basement floor. The home’s name is Whiteway Cottage, the side home’s name is Sunny Side.
The home was thought to be haunted by the renters, the night that William’s sister died overseas.
Just below the ridge where the home is located are the Sheep Dipping Pond and Mill House.
